Job Title : Child Care Contract and Subsidy Administrative Assistant
Position Summary : Assists with the Management of the association childcare afterschool and camping adjustment process. State billing in conformity with YMCA internal controls, state regulations and generally accepted billing practices. This is a part-time position, 15-20 hours per week.
Essential Functions :
- Collect and monitor weekly childcare attendance reports
- Monitor state CCFA attendance weekly
- Manage PACE vouchers, and Y EEC contract assessments in accordance with state guidelines and insure 100% capacity contract enrollment
- Manage Y Kinderwait and distribute enrollment letters in a timely manner
- Monitor and adjust contract & voucher placements
- Calculate childcare parent fee and enter accounting adjustments into Daxko.
- Meet with parents to complete assessments and reassessments on monthly basis.
- Serve as a resource to parents and childcare directors for questions.
