  • Foster an inclusive, welcoming, and engaging environment where residents feel encouraged to participate and connect.
  • Actively participate in the execution of Experience & Lifestyle programming, serving as a visible and engaging host.
  • Contribute creative ideas for innovative programming that reflect the unique culture and elevated standards of the community.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of polished, brand-aligned Experience & Lifestyle communications, including newsletters, calendars, and digital platforms.
  • Utilize designated software systems to enhance resident engagement, optimize scheduling, and support personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support Experience & Lifestyle initiatives and showcase community offerings.
  • Partner with other departments to deliver integrated, cross-functional programming.
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings to support high program standards and continuous improvement.
  • Perform assigned daily walk-throughs of Experience & Lifestyle areas to ensure environments reflect safety, elegance, and operational excellence.
  • Report departmental concerns, resident feedback, and maintenance needs promptly to the Director of Experience & Lifestyle.
  • Support the Director in program planning and execution using software analytics, resident input, and leadership feedback.
  • Assist in ensuring effective and thoughtful allocation of departmental resources.
  • Follow all California Title 22, RCFE licensing, safety, and operational requirements as directed.
  • Immediately report any observed or suspected changes in a resident’s condition, safety concerns, or incidents to the Director of Experience & Lifestyle, in accordance with Title 22 reporting standards.
  • Maintain professional boundaries, resident dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Foster positive, compliant working relationships with vendors and contractors in alignment with community standards.

Requirements

    • Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, hospitality-driven environment.
    • Demonstrated creativity, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm for engaging with an active adult population.
    • Understanding of the social, emotional, and physical needs of older adults.
    • Willingness to learn and adhere to California Title 22 and RCFE regulatory requirements.
    • CPR/First Aid certification and Class B driver’s license preferred.
    • Valid California Driver’s License.
    • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and company transportation regulations, including, California DMV requirements, CPUC requirements (where applicable), and Gallaher Signature Living transportation policies.
    • This position is subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
This includes pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, and return-to-duty testing.
To comply with California’s laws protecting off-duty cannabis use, the Company does not test for THC during pre-employment drug testing for non-DOT regulated positions.
